Family Campout – Second Session!

Saturday & Sunday, September 20-21, 2014

The Family Campout is FULL. Campers can call 228-4362 to be added to a waiting list.

Campers arrive around 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 20,  and camp overnight. Campers depart after breakfast on Sunday, September 21. Leave at your leisure.

The Family Campout is back by popular demand! This family-friendly overnight experience is a great way to share time with your family. You’ll learn how to set-up your tent, cook meals over an open fire, share campfire stories and songs, and get to enjoy the Nature Preserve during the night, when it is usually closed. There will be a special surprise program for campers, too.

All campers will receive general camping guidelines and some handouts. The fee includes the campsite and fire pit rental, dinner with a yummy dessert, breakfast, your camping instructor, and bathroom use (running water but no showers).
