NatureFest 2010 - A Celebration of Nature and Community!
What a wonderful day to befriend other members of the community and to share good music, delicious food, dancing, inflatables, old fashioned fun, earth-friendly booths, and just relax with family and friends. Many thanks to all who helped or attended. More photos can be found here.
Louisville Audubon Society Bluebird Trail

Phil Tamplin, a bluebird expert, led a walk and talk about beautiful bluebirds. Some female bluebirds were on their nests and we took a peak into their new homes to "visit" with them and their babies.
LIVE MUSIC

Toes were tapping to the music of Uppa Creek, the Lawson Brothers, and Barefoot Best Friends, girls who are musicians and best friends at the same time. Yes, they really were barefoot too.
Balloon Hats a Big Hit

Children were entranced with their balloon hats created by Gilbert Adams. Little girls wore butterflies, princess tiaras, and Little Mermaid hats, while the boys brandished laser swords or alligators!
SPECIAL FEATURES!

K-9 Dog Show with Officer Thomas D. Moore! Reggie found all the drugs planted in a truck. His reward? Playing with a rubber ball.
