"The actual 'residents' of Creasey Mahan Nature Preserve – deer, skunk, raccoon, squirrels, opossum, the many species of birds, insects, reptiles and amphibians (and many more, of course) – have allowed glimpses of their daily routines, and after a sighting or an encounter, I always walk away with a skip in my step to have witnessed what I call a 'wild moment.'"
